Ratusz w Ziębicach

Ratusz w Ziębicach to eklektyczna budowla zbudowana w latach 1887–1890, która zastąpiła wcześniejszy renesansowy ratusz. Aktualnie jest siedzibą Muzeum Domu Śląskiego.

Budynek został zaprojektowany przez K. Muelhkego i E. Poetscha na miejscu starego ratusza, którego renesansowa wieża pochodzi z roku 1561. Ratusz został wpisany do rejestru zabytków w 1981 roku przez wojewódzkiego konserwatora zabytków.

Ratusz ma prostokątny plan, dwie kondygnacje i wysokie piwnice. Jest dwuskrzydłowy, trójtraktowy i nakryty dwuspadowymi dachami z neorenesansowymi i neobarokowymi detalami rzeźbiarskimi. Znajduje się narożny wykusz od strony południowej, a główne wejście prowadzi przez loggię z kolumnadą i schodami. Wieża ratuszowa jest ośmioboczna, z zegarowymi tarczami i kamienną balustradą. Jej szczyt jest zwieńczony iglicą.
